Who We Are

We are an all-volunteer organization comprised of men and women from many walks of life. We have one goal: helping to make life better for San Diego County children and teens in need.

Our Mission:

We raise funds for charitable purposes for the comfort and betterment of battered, abused, homeless, disabled, disadvantaged, military and foster children within San Diego County.

We Raise Money:

From fundraisers, yearly membership dues, special events and contributions from corporations, members and concerned individuals.

We Help: By giving needed items to San Diego County disadvantaged, disabled and military children either directly or through accredited organizations that support them.

All monies raised are used to purchase necessary items for the children upon the direction of our Board of Directors and our membership.

A wide variety of items are purchased such as clothing, shoes, cribs, beds, playground equipment, computers, school supplies, food, water — whatever these children need. We never give money, but instead our volunteer shoppers seek out the best bargains and then have the rewarding experience of delivering them personally.

Children are the world’s most vulnerable resource and its best hope for the future.

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.

Frederick Douglass

There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children.
