FOCUS assists San Diego County underprivileged, disabled and military children in need, from birth to age 21. Our Directors of Projects gather information about the needs of children, either directly or through accredited agencies, and then present proposals for aiding these children to the FOCUS Board and General Membership. We refer to these proposals as “Projects”
